Beth is a Registered Dietitian who has been working in healthcare since completing her Nutrition and Dietetics degree in 2008. She has over 8 years’ experience working as a community dietitian with the NHS and currently works for University Hospitals Bristol (UHB).
Beth specializes in supporting people with a range of diet-related conditions including irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, diabetes, malnutrition, and obesity.
Beth became vegan in 2008 and enjoys using her expertise in this area to help others adopt and thrive on a whole-foods, plant-based diet. She also has a keen interest in research and public health and recently completed a Masters in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
